This Instruction can be rotated by cby email or by phone through customer service. The amount to pay for the service will depend on the insured amount.

This insurance is completely optional and the client must request it before dispatching their cargo.

CONDITIONS: 

  • Neoxpress Logistics is not responsible and will not have any liability for losses if the cargo is not insured.

  • In the event that the box is not hit, we are not specifically responsible for internal damage to the equipment (operation).

  • Merchandise insurance covers only cases ofTHEFT, LOST OR LOST of the box or boxes covered by the Neoxpress Logistics guide that are 100% prepaid

  • The client is responsible for the packaging of the merchandise, consequently, the insurance will not, in any case, recognize any amount as payment or compensation for damage, breakage or deterioration of the merchandise due to its transportation, since it will be considered as a poor packaging by the customer. It is important to highlight at this point that Neoxpress Logistics offers repackaging service and advice, as long as Neoxpress Logistics has carried out the repackaging, then it will be responsible for this point.

  • In the case of incomplete cargo, the only way that the insurance can compensate the reported loss is for us to have a real and verified inventory of the cargo in transit with the guide, then if it is found that the shortage is indeed true, then, if The cargo is insured, the claim proceeds.

  • In the case of stolen or lost cargo, the insurance will recognize 100% of the insured value if and only if the guide and insurance were prepaid.

  • In order to process the claim with the insurance, the client must within the next 24 hours send an e-mail toinfo@neoxlogistics.com With the formal claim of the incident that occurred, this claim must include the guide number or warehouse receipt of Neoxpress Logistics, the name, ID and telephone number of the contact person in Venezuela, it is also necessary that you send the invoice for the lost merchandise or document that certifies the value declared in the Neoxpress Logistics guide.
